1. Custom Orders
All Scott Dillard products are made to order and hand-poured specifically for you.

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each candle is unique; variations in color, scent strength, or burn characteristics are a natural result of small-batch craftsmanship and not considered defects.

Custom-labeled or personalized orders cannot be modified after purchase.
2. Shipping
We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles, wax melts, diffusers, or any other aromatic
products. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment to maintain our quality promise.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your
order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a detailed description of the issue. Our
support team will review your case and may provide a replacement for verified damage or defects.
4. Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt to maintain our small-batch schedule. Because
of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a

5. Shipping Issues
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors
caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be

due to their custom-crafted nature and in-home use.
