All Scott Dillard products are handcrafted and subject to natural variations in appearance, color, or scent. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Variations due to monitor differences or natural materials are not defects. Performance such as scent throw or burn time may vary by environment.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed in the order they are received and subject to availability. Payments must be completed at checkout in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States. Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, weather, or other factors are beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@scottdillardcandles.com with photos and order details. We will review and may offer a

replacement when applicable.

7. Use of Products

Our products are designed for home fragrance and decorative purposes only. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for misuse or damage caused by improper use.
