At Scott Dillard, each candle and aromatic product is handcrafted to order with care and precision. We strive to ship your luxury products as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to small-batch quality.
2. Processing Times
Each Scott Dillard order is Made-to-Order (hand-poured, cured, labeled, and packaged to perfection before shipping.) Made-to-Order items require 10–14 business days for processing, as each product is handcrafted with care.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and delivery speed. We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically averages $5 per item, depending on order size and distance.
Please note: This rate is applied per item to maintain a simple and transparent checkout experience.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays may extend delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to correct an address after purchase, contact us immediately at support@scottdillardcandles.com.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Scott Dillard is not liable for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.
We will carefully assess each case, however we DO NOT replace items if damage occurred during transit.
To protect your purchase, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for additional peace of mind.
